Go-Station
As part of my work on the Go-Station app — a platform that helps users locate and pay for EV charging at over 55,000 stations across the U.S. and Canada — I led the design of "Charge Ups Missions", a gamification feature designed to boost user engagement and retention.
Through weekly challenges, users were encouraged to complete specific charging tasks — like visiting selected stations or charging at certain times — and earn promo codes as rewards. I created intuitive, visually engaging mission interfaces that aligned with the app’s overall UX and ensured smooth integration with the backend.
This feature added a playful, rewarding layer to the charging experience, allowing users to track progress, complete missions, and claim incentives — all while helping build customer loyalty.

UX Strategy, Flows & Design System Leadership
Beyond gamification, I also worked as a Senior Product Designer on the core experience of the Go-Station app. In close collaboration with cross-functional teams, I helped define priorities, refine user flows, and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency across the platform.
My contributions included:
- Facilitating design reviews and aligning on product priorities with stakeholders
- Mapping and optimizing key user journeys (e.g. charging session, station search, and payment flow)
- Updating and organizing the design system in Figma, ensuring dev-ready components and documentation were always accessible
This strategic design work helped streamline the product’s evolution, scale features more efficiently, and support the app’s goal of simplifying EV charging through a seamless mobile experience.
