One login, one flow — accounting and banking finally talking to each other
Domínio Conta PJ integrates ERP accounting software with banking services for corporate clients across Brazil and Latin America. Before this integration, accounting offices had to juggle separate systems for accounting and banking, manually reconciling payments, receivables and tax compliance — slow, and error-prone at scale.
I mapped the end-to-end journey between the ERP and banking sides to find where the two systems needed to talk to each other automatically instead of relying on manual entry. I conducted UX research directly with accounting offices to validate that the proposed flows matched real enterprise financial workflows, then worked with product and engineering to streamline the account managers’ reconciliation flows and build reusable design system components across modules.
A unified flow where every financial routine — remittance file generation, next-business-day settlement, always-updated receivables — is integrated directly with accounting, with no manual bureaucracy.
Platform used by 500,000+ users and 50,000+ business customers across Brazil and Latin America. Fewer manual reconciliation errors and higher adoption among account managers after the redesign. A data-driven, compliant, scalable B2B solution still supporting thousands of businesses today.
